high-volume personal injury law firms where you do not meet
your attorney until your case goes to trial, Aiken
Schenk's personal injury attorneys offer you direct personal attention and
hands-on representation – from the initial interview through the drafting of the
complaint, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiation and trial.
Contingency Fees. Aiken Schenk levels the
playing field for injury victims by offering free consultations, contingency fee
arrangements and advancing costs. You do not
pay any attorney fees or costs unless you receive compensation for your injuries
or the death of a loved one. The amount of our fee is a percentage of what you receive,
and that percentage is agreed upon before you hire us.
