Aiken Schenk Continues Its Tradition

Team coached by Jimmy Cool represents Arizona in the national mock trial competition for the second straight year

The lawyers at Aiken Schenk are committed to sharing their expertise in legal advocacy with the lawyers of tomorrow by coaching high school and college students in a variety of trial advocacy competitions.

A May 6, 2011, video report on KAET's "Horizon" public affairs program follows the story of the Arizona School for the Arts (ASA) Charter High School mock trial team as members prepared to represent Arizona for the second straight year at the National Mock Trial Championship.

ASA's mock trial competitors are coached by Aiken Schenk attorney Jimmy Cool and by students from Arizona State University's undergraduate mock trial team. The Sun Devil Mock Trial team is coached by Cool and his wife Sarah Barrios, an attorney at Mariscal Weeks in Phoenix. ●
